Goosebumps…. The WEEKND @ Coachella #xoTilWeOverdose

Want to get squished into a neighborhood too small to hold all of the awesomeness?? #CHBP 2012 releases line up on Tuesday April 24th. I suggest you put on your big girl pants and buck up and go!

So many people complain of the tight space and I get that but to me I always look at it as the glass half full… you get to spend the days in Capital Hill in a relatively small space with some of your favorite national and local musicians rocking stages right in the middle of the street with the Seattle skyline etched feet behind the stage… if you haven’t gone before this will be the year.

Check it out

Block Party Line-Up announced #festival #music

Ive attended many a Capital Hill Block Parties and its a festival I love and hate. I love love love my city of Seattle and having 3 days in the sun surrounded by amazing music and the diversity of this city is RAD. Especially with the Block Party being right in the heart of Capital Hill one of our most eclectic neighborhoods. But with that being said… also comes thousands of people crammed into a couple blocks sweating all over you stumbling between stage to stage only to try and sneak into one of the venues and find its even hotter inside and shoulder to shoulder there as well. But there is no way to have a BLOCK PARTY without having all of the cons right there with the pros.

This year is no let down in the music department either. Here is the partial line-up and presales go on sale this Friday at 10am.I cant wait to see TV on the Radio and Ghostland Observatory both amazing bands that should be headlining this year. Not to mention local capital hill natives and favorites Fresh Espresso, Mad Rad, Champagne Champagne, Fences, Lisa Dank, Metal Chocolates and more. Videos after the jump.
